I am fired up

Everyone here understands that the Bears are capable of producing champions both near and long term, which I’ve never felt before. There is a sense of underlying confidence that with some work we can do it. There is not anything magical that we have to do, we just have to do the work and we will continue to build momentum and results. I’m not sure if we’ve managed to scare away all of the people who used to  whine and dwell on why we can’t do it, or if it is just that more people understand that it is possible and likely if we can continue to develop . But there is a tangible change, and a good one.
